Personal Project
A personal project aimed at learning and expanding my skills with Typescript, React, NextJs, Tailwind, ThreeJS and Framer Motion.
I began with a Figma wireframe, created a theme and styling system, and built out each component from the ground up. Coming from a design background and teaching myself to code, this site is a testament to my ability to rapidly acquire new skills and adapt to dynamic challenges.

Scotiabank UX Design Competition
Joint Case Study
A joint-case study with Unless Design Partners, a UX Design agency based in Kitchener, Ontario. My team and I conducted a UX Research study on the Wilfrid Laurier University wellness services and proposed a new design solution.
The project involved conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather data and insights. We then used this data to create a new design solution and presented it to a panel of judges.
Our team recieved 1st place in the competition against 5 other teams!

Web Design for Woolwich Seniors Association
Freelance Project
A freelance project where I worked with the Woolwich Seniors Association to design a new website for their organization. The project involved designing for a targeted demographic with accessability in mind, creating wireframes, and building the final website.
About Me
I am a fourth-year student specializing in User Experience Design at Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently, I am engaged as a UI Designer in a dynamic co-op role. My goal is to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional designs, driven by a commitment to the Human-Centered Design Approach. I continually enhance and broaden my expertise in UX Design through personal projects and research. I am always on the lookout for fresh opportunities to foster learning and personal growth.
When I'm not at the computer, you can find me out in the woods hiking, camping, fishing or flying one of my custom built FPV drones. I also enjoy playing video games, watching movies and spending time with my friends and family.
